Marylanders Have Little Time Left to Apply for the Student Loan Debt Relief Tax Credit
Marylanders have less than a month to apply for debt relief tax credits.
The deadline for the state's student loan debt debt relief tax credit programme for the tax year 2022 is September 15.
It is issued by the Maryland Higher Education Commission (MHEC).
This program works by providing income tax credits for Maryland residents making eligible undergraduate or graduate education payments on loan from an accredited college or university.
If you have attended a school outside the state, you are still eligible for tax credit
But you may not get as much of the huge amount as you went to Maryland school.
